Bicon

So this is the last in our rundown of the different brands of dental implants which are out there.

Of course, there are still loads which we haven’t covered and so you should go out and do your own research and, most importantly, sit down and talk with your dentist about what the best product will be for your situation.

What sets Bicon apart from the competition is that it uses a locking taper rather than a screw to join the implant to the new tooth.

What this basically means (for those of us who aren’t qualified engineers or dentists) is that the implants will be much more stable as soon as they are put in and there will be no need to splint them to another tooth whilst they bed in; clearly this can only help and aide the recovery of the patient and will also lead to an increased level of comfort for those undergoing the operation.

Also, if you’ve gone for dentures over dental implants then Bicon also offers a highly-recommended denture cleaning service. However, as people who already have implants will tell you, their teeth can be cleaned in the same way as their natural gnashers!
